12-Week Summer Program
Our program combines on-the-job experience, group projects, mentorship, and customer-focused experiences. In addition, interns will participate in a series of learning and development opportunities to build skills that translate to the workplace.  

Paid Internship
We value our interns and offer a competitive wage alongside the benefit of gaining the real life experience. Our 2024 internships pay $20 an hour. Also because we know that finding short term housing for an internship can be frustrating, we also provide housing if needed.

Program Details
The Farm Credit Mid-America internship program provides students with the opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally through valuable on-the-job experience, job shadowing, networking, and mentoring. By working with a variety of departments, interns will have the opportunity to explore different career paths. Working as a cohort, interns will learn about our Association by assisting multi-functional team members with conducting research, capture and share data, and participate in a variety of projects throughout the Association.
