Human Capital Coordinator

About Our Opportunity

The Human Capital Coordinator provides overall support to Human Capital operations with a focus on supporting the effective delivery and management of the Association's training and development programs.

How You Will Spend Your Time

• Organizes, maintains, and regularly updates digital and physical resource libraries for all training, learning, and development programs.
• Ensures the smooth planning and execution of all learning events including coordinating logistics, scheduling, communications, materials preparation, room or platform setup, and attendance tracking.
• Supports training teams by managing rosters, calendars, attendance records and feedback collection from training participants.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors to support learning and other Human Capital initiatives and events.
• Orders and maintains supplies for classes, new hire onboarding, the intern program and other related events.
• Performs administrative tasks including paying invoices, data entry, records management, and assisting with budgeting activities.
• Provides technical and administrative support for both virtual and in-person workshops.

Minimum Education & Experience

High School Diploma/GED required, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.  Three (3) years of relevant experience is required, developing foundational knowledge while providing an exceptional customer experience. Focuses on learning internal systems, compliance requirements, and operational processes with support from mentors and under close to moderate supervision. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Mental & Physical Requirements

While engaged in this position, team members will routinely sit, use hands for tasks, and communicate orally. Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. This role may entail a blend of mental and physical capabilities, requiring strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer usage. Some roles may require physical or mental requirements related to driving, such as a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive a long-distance.
