12-Week Summer Program
Our program combines on-the-job experience, group projects, mentorship, and customer-focused experiences. In addition, interns will participate in a series of learning and development opportunities to build skills that translate to the workplace.  

Paid Internship
We value our interns and offer a competitive wage alongside the benefit of gaining the real life experience. Also because we know that finding short term housing for an internship can be frustrating, we also provide housing if needed.

Program Details
The Farm Credit Mid-America internship program provides students with the opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally through valuable on-the-job experience, job shadowing, networking, and mentoring. By working with a variety of departments, interns will have the opportunity to explore different career paths. Working as a cohort, interns will learn about our Association by assisting multi-functional team members with conducting research, capture and share data, and participate in a variety of projects throughout the Association.
